SHIPPING: The current processing time is up to 4 working days. This does not include weekends or public/bank holidays. The processing time is the time it takes to package and ship your order. Your order will be shipped once it has been processed. Delivery times vary depending on the state or country you live in. All domestic orders are shipped ground-first class and are insured. If you need something to arrive faster please send me a message before placing the order so I can adjust the cost. In many instances you can upgrade to faster delivery for an additional cost. The shipping address listed on your order is where it is shipped. Your are responsible for providing the correct address.
If you are a International customer, we will ship USPS priority. It is tracked and insured but only with a maximum value of $400.00. If you purchase items that exceed this value and you want the insurance then the order must be split up into separate orders. If you do not split up the orders and it exceeds $400.00, the difference will not be insured and you are responsible for the difference if package is lost or damaged. You are responsible for all customs, taxes and duties affiliated with your country. You are responsible for providing us with the correct address on your order form.
REFUND & LAYAWAY POLICY: If your not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items to us in its original condition with no damage or alterations (There are a few exceptions listed below). After receiving your order you have 7 days within which to notify us of your intention to do so or your package will be refused. If any item has been requested to be sized or altered in anyway it becomes non-returnable. If you choose to do a layaway payment plan on a item it cannot be returned and any deposits made are non-refundable and become a restocking fee if you do not follow through with the agreed payment time frame. Upon making your first layaway down payment you have agreed to our layaway policy. NO EXCEPTIONS! We do not offer Layaway during sales or on Sweet Deals. If you purchase a item during a Sale we run with a Coupon Code or from our Sweet Deals page the item can be returned for a store credit only! There are no refunds on any sale items.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Our silver smiths take time and care to make their jewelry by hand using techniques with tools, hammers & torches. This means that each piece will have some variations and perhaps very slight imperfections that adds character to each piece. Where natural stones are used there are often variations in color due to the lighting in the photos. We try our best to show accurate color and do not use filters. Your monitor settings could also affect the way colors appear.
CARING FOR YOUR JEWELRY: Do not try to bend a bracelet to fit your wrist. Doing that can cause stones to fall out. Let us know in advance and we can adjust it for you. If stones fall out because you bent a bracelet and you want to have it repaired, you must notify us in advance and you will have to pay for the stone replacement and labor to have it repaired. Do not submerge your jewelry in the pool, shower or any type of liquid cleaners. This can cause damage to the stones and will tarnish the silver. If you want to clean your item you can only use a silver polishing cloth.
