Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any items to us in its original condition with no damage or alterations (There are a few exceptions listed below). After receiving your order you have 7 days within which to notify us of your intention. Once we've been notified you have another 7 days to mail it back to us. If item ('s) is not received within this time frame your package will be refused and no refund will be given. Once received you will be refunded the original purchase price minus credit card/PayPal fees and shipping. If any item has been requested to be sized or altered in any way it becomes nonreturnable. If you choose to do a payment plan on a item, it cannot be returned and any deposits made are nonrefundable and become a restocking fee if you do not follow through with the agreed payment time frame. Upon making your first down payment you have agreed to our payment policy. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you purchase an item during a Sale we run with a Coupon Code or from our Last Chance Deals page the item can be exchanged for a store credit only! There are NO REFUNDS on any sale items. SUNFACE TRADERS reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
